Dr.
Spencer Vidulich is a 1983
graduate of the Illinois College Of
Optometry and received his undergraduate
degree with departmental honors from the
State University Of New York in 1979. Dr.
Vidulich also received additional clinical
training at the Chicago Center For Child
Development and completed advanced clinical
training in ocular disease treatment at the
Illinois Eye Institute in 1996.
Dr. Vidulich has extensive experience in the
treatment and management of eye disease,
advanced contact lens fitting, including
keratoconus care and in the post surgical
care of laser vision correction patients.

Dr.
Norman Blase is a 1983 graduate
of the Illinois College Of Optometry and
received his undergraduate degree from Wayne
State University in 1979. Dr. Blase also
received additional clinical training at the
West Side VA center and completed advanced
clinical training in ocular disease
treatment at the Illinois Eye Institute in
1996.
Dr. Blase has extensive experience in the
treatment and management of eye disease,
advanced contact lens fitting and in the
post surgical care of cataract patients and
laser vision correction patients.

Dr.
Mila Petkovic is a 2005 graduate
of the Illinois College Of Optometry and
received her undergraduate degree from
Loyola University Chicago in 2001.
Dr. Petkovic has a
special interest in the design and fitting
of all contact lens types including lenses
for astigmatism, bifocal contact lenses for
presbyopia and in the treatment and
management of eye disease. |

Dr.
Lara Gutierrez is a 2002 graduate
of the Illinois College Of Optometry, she
received her undergraduate degree from
DePaul University Of Chicago in 1998.
Dr. Gutierrez has extensive clinical
experience in primary care optometry,
including pediatrics, the treatment of
anterior segment eye disease and the design
and fitting of specialty contact lenses
Dr. Gutierrez is also fluent in Spanish. |

Dr.
Diane Slotemaker is a 1997
graduate of the Illinois College Of
Optometry, she received her undergraduate
degrees in Biology and Spanish from Calvin
College in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1993.
Dr. Slotemaker has over 6 years of clinical
experience in primary care optometry,
including pediatrics, the treatment of
anterior segment eye disease and the design
and fitting of specialty contact lenses. She
has been an active member of the optometric
community and has participated in an
overseas charitable mission to Guatemala
bringing needed health services to a remote
population. |

Dr. John Lang is a 1988
graduate of the Illinois College of
Optometry and received his undergraduate
training at the University of Illinois at
Chicago. Dr Lang completed advanced clinical
training in ocular disease treatment from
the University of Missouri - St. Louis in
1996. Dr. Lang has more than 20 years of
experience in managing irregular corneas
from conditions like keratoconus with
advanced design gas permeable, hybrid and
scleral contact lenses. He is also certified
in fitting contact lenses for corneal
reshaping (a non-surgical approach to vision
correction) and an American Academy of
Orthokeratology member. |

Dr. Todd Hungerford
is a 1994 graduate of the Illinois College
Of Optometry and also holds a Bachelor Of
Science degree in Health Science from
Minnesota State University in Mankato.
Dr. Hungerford's expertise and specialty
training include the diagnosis, treatment
and management of ocular disease, contact
lens management and co-management of laser
vision patients. Prior to joining our
practice Dr. Hungerford was previously
affiliated with Lens Crafters on Michigan
